Orders & Cancellations
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via SMS/email. You can also track your shipment directly in the My Orders section under your profile.
Yes, you can cancel your order directly from the "My Orders" detail pagebefore the shipment has been initiated. Once the shipment process starts, the option to cancel will no longer be available.
Sizing & Customization
We have a detailed size chart displayed on every product details page. If you fall between sizes, we generally recommend ordering the larger size for a comfortable fit, or contacting us for advice.
Yes! We do offer custom fits for select suits and co-ords. Please reach out directly via our Contact Page or message us on WhatsApp to discuss your measurements.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above Rs. 1000. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of Rs. 99 is applied at checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Metro cities generally receive packages faster.
Payments & Security
We accept online payments via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit cards, Net Banking) as well as Cash on Delivery (COD). For COD, a small advance deposit may be requested at checkout to confirm order details.
Absolutely. All transactions are securely processed through Razorpay using industry-standard end-to-end encryption. We do not store any card data or payment passwords on our servers.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer exchanges and returns for size mismatches or defective products within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and carry original price tags. Check our complete Refund Policy for detailed instructions.
