Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed and prepared for shipping within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email or WhatsApp if there is a significant delay in shipment.

2. Shipping Charges & Thresholds

• Orders above Rs. 1000: Free Standard Shipping across India.
• Orders below Rs. 1000: A flat shipping charge of Rs. 99 will be added at checkout.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

To prevent fraudulent bookings, a small advance payment of Rs. 99 is required for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. This advance is adjusted against your final order value, and the balance amount is collected by the delivery agent at the time of delivery.

4. Delivery Estimates & Partners

Once handed over to our courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, Xpressbees, etc.), shipping times are generally:

• Metro & Major Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
• Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.

Note: Delivery timelines may be affected during festive seasons, extreme weather, or regional restrictions.

5. Shipment Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email/WhatsApp text containing tracking IDs once your order has left our studio. You can easily monitor the progress of your delivery using the provided tracking links.
