Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. You can request a return or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date the package was marked delivered. Any requests submitted after this 7-day period will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
• Must carry all original tags, packaging, labels, and promo badges intact.
• Must not have any stains, perfumes, scent, or signs of wear.
• Customized suits or items altered at the customer's request are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please write to us at asfashion0826@gmail.com or ping us directly on WhatsApp with your Order ID and photos of the product.

Our team will review your request. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address. If reverse pickup is not available in your pin code, we may request you to self-ship the item back to our studio.

4. Refund Policy

• Prepaid Orders: Once the returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, the refund will be processed back to the original payment source (UPI/Card/Netbanking) within 5 to 7 business days.
• COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via Bank Transfer or UPI. You will be asked to share your account/UPI details securely.
• Please note that initial shipping fees (if any) and COD advance deposits are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect all garments strictly before shipping. In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
